ICICI Securities has paid Rs40.2 lakh to settle allegations of violations of Stock Broker Regulations. According to a settlement order issued by the SEBI on December 6, the brokerage filed its application on July 18 and the settlement terms were communicated to the brokerage on December 13, 2024.On January 1, 2025, the brokerage informed SEBI about the remittance of the amount.
