An agreement has been signed by Splash Beverage Group Inc. to buy an 80% stake in Pulpoloco Sangria, a Spanish wine brand. In 2020, Splash acquired the distribution rights to Pulpoloco and is currently the exclusive importer of Pulpoloco for the U.S. Via the arrangement, Splash will have control over the production and marketing of Pulpoloco in the US and other regions, generating more profit.
