As per a report by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation, the cost of 384 infrastructure projects with an investment of more than Rs 150 crore has increased to Rs 4.52 lakh crore. Further, the report said that out of 1,529 projects with an investment of over Rs 150 crore, 662 projects were running late. Now the total expenditure of these projects is to be Rs 25,78,197.18 crore.
