SEBI issued an administrative warning to EV player Ola Electric Mobility on January 7, 2025 in connection with the violation of SEBI's disclosure rules. As a result, Ola Electric Mobility shares declined 4% in the morning session to quote Rs 76.14 on the NSE at 9.35 am. Ola Electric noted that there are no financial implications due to this warning in an exchange filing.

KEC International share price gained nearly 4 percent in the morning trade on winning a new order worth Rs 1,136 crore. "KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group Company, has secured new orders of Rs. 1,136 crores across its various businesses," the company said in an exchange filing.

Sobha recorded sales value of Rs 13.88 billion in Q3 FY25 supported by new sales area of 1.01 million sq ft at an average price realization of Rs 13,663 per sq ft. Sales value recorded a dip of 28.85% year-on-year. Average realization improved by 31.3% over same period last year to Rs 14,226 per sq ft, aided by price increases in ongoing projects and higher realization in the new project launches.

Ola Electric Mobility shares are in focus after receiving an administrative warning from SEBI for violating disclosure norms, related to a planned expansion announcement. The warning is seen as serious, and the company has been advised to improve compliance standards. Ola Electric clarified that there are no financial implications from this warning.

DTCP has identified violations of building codes and occupation certificate (OC) norms in 7,500 of 15,000 houses surveyed across DLF phases 1 to 5. The violations include illegal constructions and carrying out commercial activities, such as having paying guest accommodations and guest houses, running from residential buildings.
