Ashish Kacholia has invested Rs 40 crore in Inox Green Energy Services through a preferential issue, buying 14.49 lakh equity shares at Rs 138 per share and 13.79 lakh convertible warrants at Rs 145 per unit. The total fundraise is Rs 1,050 crore, comprising Rs 400 crore equity shares and Rs 650 crore convertible warrants. The face value of shares and warrants is Rs 10 each.
