Ontic Finserve declared their Q4 FY24 results on 15 Apr, 2024. The topline decreased by 100% & the loss came at ₹ 0.11 cr. It is noteworthy that Ontic Finserve had declared profit of ₹0.04 cr in previous fiscal year same period. As compared to the previous quarter the revenue declined by 0%. The Selling, general & administrative expenses rose by 26.32% q-o-q & decreased by 80.01% Y-o-Y.

Century Real Estate Holdings has secured ₹450 crore of debt financing from Edelweiss Alternative Asset Advisors, the asset management arm of financial services firm Edelweiss Group, a top company executive said. The Bengaluru-based developer will use around 40% of the funds to buy a 72-acre land parcel for a plotted residential project near international airport at Devanahalli in north Bengaluru.

Tata Motors is planning to manufacture Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) luxury cars at a $1 billion plant that it is planning to build in the southern state of Tamil Nadu, two sources with direct knowledge of the plans said. Tata Motors announced plans to invest in a new plant in Tamil Nadu in March but did not give details on which models would be manufactured there.
