Veedol Corporation OFS by promoter Andrew Yule proceeds

Andrew Yule & Company successfully sold a 2% equity stake in Veedol Corporation Ltd. through an Offer for Sale (OFS) on June 9, after temporarily withdrawing the transaction on May 23. The sale involved 3.48 lakh equity shares at a floor price of ₹1,566 per share. Veedol shares closed 2.2% higher at ₹1,685.10. Andrew Yule held a 26.23% stake as of March.
