V-Mart Retail share price jumps over 5%

V-Mart Retail's share price rose over 5% after the company announced its board will consider a bonus share issue on May 2. Q4 revenue grew 18% to ₹772 crore, with same-store sales up 8%. The company added 13 stores, bringing the total to 497, and reported full-year revenue of ₹3,213 crore, up 18% YoY.
