Unified Investor App to track investments, resolutions, and tax data: SEBI

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has launched the Unified Investor App, providing investors with a single window to monitor stock market holdings, gains, and losses across brokerages. The app also facilitates shareholder voting on company resolutions and sends quarterly updates on investment data shared with the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) to ensure correct records.
