Ugro Capital Ltd, created seven years ago when former Religare Securities chief Shachindra Nath roped in private equity firms ADV Partners and NewQuest Capital to buy a little-known financial services company, is preparing a big-ticket inorganic move to grow its business, people aware of the development told VCCircle.
