Torrent Pharma fixes Feb 16 as record date for Interim Dividend declaration

Torrent Pharma Limited board has fixed February 16, 2021, as the Record Date for the purpose of Interim Dividend payment, if finalised by the Board at their meeting scheduled to be held on February 8, 2021. The company stock ended at Rs2,750.50 up by Rs113.9 or 4.32% from its previous closing of Rs2,636.60 on the BSE. It touched a high and low of Rs2,790.45 and Rs2,647 respectively.
