Texmaco Rail & Engineering reported a 17.5% YoY rise in revenue to ₹1,346.4 crore for the March quarter, with EBITDA up 14.7% to ₹97.6 crore. However, net profit dipped 12% to ₹40 crore. The company announced a ₹0.75 per share dividend and invested AED 50,000 in a new Middle East subsidiary, expanding its international presence.
