Tata Technologies Announces Formation Of BMW Techworks India

Tata Technologies Limited established a new wholly owned subsidiary, BMW TechWorks India Private Limited (BIPTL), to support the BMW Group in developing premium products, enhancing digital experiences, and advancing its digital transformation. The new entity has an authorized share capital of ₹10 lakh, and Tata Technologies will possess 100% share capital.
