Tata Motors approves Rs 500 crore NCD issuance

Tata Motors approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth up to Rs 500 crore on a private placement basis. The NCDs, rated 'CRISIL AA+/Stable,' will be issued in two tranches: 30,000 NCDs amounting to Rs 300 crore in tranche I and 20,000 NCDs amounting to Rs 200 crore in tranche II. Both tranches carry a 7.08% annual coupon rate, with maturity dates in May 2028.
