Tata Communications' shares opened strong at ₹1,685 (+5.45%) but fell to ₹1,583.45 (-1%) by mid-afternoon, despite reporting a threefold rise in March quarter net profit to ₹1,040.5 crore. Revenue rose 6.1% to ₹5,990.4 crore, with EBITDA up 4.2% to ₹1,122.1 crore, though margins dipped to 18.7%. The company reaffirmed its EBITDA margin target of 23–25% and recommended a ₹25 per share dividend.
