Strike hits supply of crushed sand, civic works impacted in Pune

The Pune District Mining and Crusher Industries Association's indefinite strike since June 22 has halted all RCC construction works in the city's ongoing projects due to a shortage of crushed sand material, affecting government agencies and private construction firms. The strike demands removal of the transit pass system and resolution of pending mining lease applications, totaling 110.
