Sona Comstar partners with JNT in China for driveline systems

Sona Comstar has approved a joint venture with Jinnaite Machinery Co. Ltd. (JNT) to manufacture driveline systems for automotive OEMs in China and global markets. Sona Comstar will invest $12 million, holding 60% stake, while JNT contributes $8 million for 40% stake. The JV is scheduled to start operations in H2 FY26, fulfilling existing orders.
