The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) adjourned the hearing in the case involving US-based Jane Street and market regulator Sebi to April 17. Sebi imposed a ₹4,844 crore fine and trading ban in July last year, but lifted the ban after the firm deposited the fine amount. Jane Street moved the tribunal in September, citing denied access to documents used to hold them guilty.
