Samvardhana Motherson shares jump on joint venture with Hellmann

Samvardhana Motherson International (SAMIL) entered into a joint venture with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding in Dubai. SAMIL will hold 51% and Hellmann 49% in the new company. The partnership aims to provide logistics solutions and enhance global supply chain resilience, efficiency, and stability. An interim dividend of ₹0.35 per equity share was also approved.
