Quebec Government Won’t Rescue Bankrupt Bus Maker Lion Electric

Quebec-based Lion Electric, a maker of electric buses and trucks, is likely to cease operations after the provincial government rejected further funding, deeming it irresponsible. The company, which once reached a $4.2 billion valuation, filed for creditor protection in December and owes over $244 million to creditors.
