PNB Housing Finance in focus as Carlyle looks to offload 10.44% stake

Carlyle Group plans to sell its remaining 10.44% stake in PNB Housing Finance worth $308 million (Rs 2,604 crore) via a block trade, offering 27.1 million shares at a floor price of Rs 960, a 5% discount to the April 30 closing price. Carlyle, which entered in 2015 with a 49% stake, has gradually reduced its holding, yielding a 367% return over 10 years.
