Piramal-Bain's India Resurgence Fund in talks for stake in pharma player

India Resurgence Fund, co-founded by Piramal Group and Bain Capital, is in talks to acquire a stake in an Indian active pharmaceutical ingredient company. The fund has recently realized a full exit from its maiden investment, generating returns. IndiaRF has $1 billion in assets under management and focuses on investments in stressed assets in India.
