Only 8% of GCCs present in Tier II cities in India as Tier I dominates

Despite a push to buy into idea for Tier II cities, companies continue to favour Tier I cities for establishing their very first GCCs. This trend persists due to the robust information tech ecosystem offered by Tier I cities. According to the recent Nasscom's India GCC Trends quarterly analysis report, the growth of GCCs in India has been predominantly driven by the preference for Tier I cities.
