Ola Electric invests ₹100 crore in battery subsidiary

Ola Electric Mobility's wholly-owned subsidiary OET approved allotment of 10 crore OCRPS worth ₹100 crore on December 23. The allotment is through private placement to another subsidiary, Ola Cell Technologies. The funds will be infused in tranches to OET's capital. Shares of Ola Electric Mobility closed at ₹34.67 ahead of the announcement.
