NMDC hikes prices of lumps, fines for the first time in four months

NMDC Ltd. has increased prices of Baila Lump and Fines by ₹440 per tonne to ₹6,440 and ₹5,500 respectively, effective May 1. The revision includes certain fees but excludes taxes like GST. The delay in Karnataka's Mineral Rights Bill, which proposes higher mining rates, benefits NMDC and others. NMDC shares fell 1.4% to ₹64.64, declining 7.5% in a month.
