Nirala World-backed AIF to invest ₹2K cr in distressed real estate projects

Noida-based Nirala World and Sea Fund have launched a Rs 2,000 cr Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) to support struggling real estate projects across India. The SGRE Fund, registered with Sebi under Category II, provides loans and equity to revive stuck projects. It has already invested Rs 125 crore in two Noida projects and plans to raise an additional Rs 500 crore through equity participation.
