Mumbai: Phase 2 of Bhendi Bazaar redevelopment project at advanced stage

The SBUT project in Mumbai involves the redevelopment of 16.5 acres in Bhendi Bazaar to create a modern and sustainable living and commercial space. The project is currently in its second phase, with progress being made on two towers of 53 storeys each. Upon completion, it will accommodate over 3,200 families and 1,250 shops, fulfilling the dream of the late Syedna Mohammed Burhannudin.
