Motherson partners Hellmann to bolster auto supply chain

Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd approved a joint venture with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics to strengthen global supply chain capabilities. A new company, based in Dubai, will be incorporated with SAMIL holding 51% and Hellmann 49%. The JV will provide 3PL and 4PL services globally, excluding Japan, and enhance end-to-end supply chain support for automotive customers.
