Morgan Stanley, Nippon India, and others acquire HCG shares worth Rs 438 cr

Morgan Stanley, Nippon India Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, and Plutus Wealth Management bought 63 lakh HCG shares from CVC Capital Partners, representing a 4.52% stake, for Rs 437.85 crore at Rs 695 apiece. The deal reduced CVC's stake to 4.24%. HCG operates 25 medical centres across 19 cities.
