Morgan Stanley Launches Stablecoin Fund for Issuers

Morgan Stanley Investment Management launched the Stablecoin Reserves Portfolio, a government money market fund holding cash reserves backing stablecoin issuers' outstanding tokens. The fund targets capital preservation and daily liquidity, with a $10 million minimum investment and 0.20% net expense ratio. It's designed to comply with the GENIUS Act's reserve requirements.
