Microcap stock surges 180% in 1 year with a 1:2 split and 3:1 bonus issue

Gautam Exim has announced a stock split in the ratio of 1:2 and a bonus issue in the ratio of 3:1 for its shareholders. Shareholders will receive 20 shares for every 10 shares post-split, and then 60 additional shares for every 10 shares held. The total number of outstanding shares will increase, but the company's market capitalisation will remain the same.
