Meta AI experiences talent departures

Three Meta employees from Superintelligence Labs, including Rishabh Agarwal, Avi Verma, and Ethan Knight, left the company less than a month after being hired due to extravagant pay packages. They were poached from companies like Apple, OpenAI, and Google. Meta had hired 50 staff for the AI division, but put a hiring freeze, citing organizational planning and yearly budgeting.
