Market cap of top-10 firms jumps Rs 72,285 crore

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) added Rs 35,909.52 crore to reach a market valuation of Rs 11,71,862.37 crore, while Infosys' market capitalisation jumped Rs 23,404.55 crore to Rs 6,71,366.53 crore. Five top-10 firms saw combined valuation surge by Rs 72,284.74 crore, out of which Reliance Industries' valuation plunged Rs 35,116.76 crore.
