Lucknow: ED files prosecution complaint against Shine City group

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a prosecution complaint against Rashid Naseem and Shine City Group for allegedly collecting Rs 1000 crore from investors through fraudulent means. The ED investigation revealed that the money was siphoned off through layered transactions to entities owned by Himanshu Kumar, a close associate of Naseem.
