Finally, the shares closed at Rs 206.20 per share on the BSE. Air Kerala, a low-cost airline, received an initial no-objection certificate from the Ministry of Civil Aviation, paving the way for it to operate scheduled commuter air transport services for three years. The airline, backed by two Dubai-based businessmen, plans to start operations with three ATR 72-600 aircraft, with options to lease or directly procure from manufacturers.

Sebi has put on hold the proposed IPO of SK Finance, a non-bank lender, which aimed to raise ₹500 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares and ₹1,700 crore through an offer for sale (OFS) by promoters and investor shareholders. The IPO proceeds were intended to strengthen SK Finance's capital base for lending activities and general corporate purposes.
