InCred CFO Vivek Bansal quits to launch fintech startup

Vivek Bansal, CFO at InCred, and Sunil Daga, President at Kotak Mahindra Bank, are launching Saarathi Finance, an MSME-focused NBFC venture, with plans to raise Rs 600 crore in equity and a projected valuation of Rs 1,000 crore. This venture comes at a time when investor interest in fintech NBFCs is increasing, particularly those addressing the credit needs of under-served MSMEs.
