ICRA upgrades Nuvama Wealth to AA for long-term rating

ICRA Ltd upgrades Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd's long-term rating to AA with a stable outlook, reaffirming short-term rating. The company oversees ₹4.6 lakh crore of client assets and has a pan-India presence. It reported ₹771 crore in 9MFY2026 net profit and a consolidated net worth of ₹3,839 crore, with a gearing of 2.6 times as of December 31, 2025.
