ICICI Prudential AMC clears IPO

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company, India's largest mutual fund manager, secured SEBI approval for its initial public offering (IPO). The IPO will be an offer for sale by Prudential Corporation Holdings, with an expected size of around Rs 10,000 crore, and will join ICICI Bank's listed entities.
