ICICI Bank Exits IMSPL with Full Stake Sale to Fiserv Subsidiaries

ICICI Bank has sold its 19% stake in ICICI Merchant Services to Fiserv subsidiaries, completing the transaction on April 17, 2025. The sale aligns with ICICI Bank’s strategy to focus on core banking operations and optimize its portfolio. IMSPL, now renamed Fiserv Merchant Solutions, is no longer an associate company of ICICI Bank.
