IC Legal and Universal Legal split after seven-year partnership

Law firms IC Legal and Universal Legal are ending their seven-year joint venture. Universal Legal will rebrand as Chugh Universal Legal, while IC Legal continues under its existing brand, focusing on litigation, real estate, and financial services. IC Legal also launched IC RegFin Legal, a specialized financial services arm led by Tejesh Chitlangi, enhancing its expertise in regulatory.
