The Rs 1,154 cr HFFC IPO focussing on affordable home loans has been subscribed 5 times so far on January 25- the final day of bidding. The issue has an average ticket size of Rs 10.1 lakh. It received bids for 7.8 cr equity shares against offer size of 1.56 crore shares. The public issue comprises of an offer for sale of Rs 889 cr by the promoter and investors, and fresh issue of Rs 265 cr.

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday dismissed a review petition filed by the promoters of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd challenging a December 2023 order in a loan default case. A detailed order on the matter is awaited. Justice Abhay Ahuja was hearing a petition filed by Zee promoters Cyquator Media, Essel Corporate Llp and Direct Media Distribution Ventures.
