GPSPL company enters into SPA of Maharashtra Akola Amravati Smart Metering

Genus Power Infrastructures is expanding its presence in power infrastructure and distribution sector by acquiring a stake in Maharashtra Akola Amravati Smart Metering Pvt Ltd. This acquisition will be done through GPSPL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Genus. The deal involves GPSPL purchasing 30k equity shares, representing a 30 per cent stake, in Target Company for a cash consideration of Rs 30k.
