Govt to restrict AI tender to India-incorporated firms: Report

The Indian government will limit participation in the India Artificial Intelligence Mission tender to Indian-registered companies, seeking 1,000 graphic processing units or equivalent AI computing capacity for a three-year period, with the possibility of extension, and mandating consortium formation with data centre, cloud service, and systems integrator providers.
