Goa TCP approves Inorbit Malls India's conversion of orchard land

The TCP department has approved seven proposals for change of zone in the Regional Plan for Goa - 2021 and the Outline Development Plan of Calangute, Candolim Planning Area – 2025, which will affect 2 lakh sqm in Goa. The approvals give the green light for Inorbit Malls India to go ahead with the conversion of orchard land, which includes a heritage trail running through Panelim village.
