Goa government introduces town & country planning, land use amendment!

Government of Goa introduces various bills in budget session including amendments to the Town and Country Planning Act for ease of land conversions, encouraging high-end vehicle registrations, and allowing government acquisition of tenant-occupied land for public use. A recent cabinet decision also simplified tax payments for rental cars and two-wheelers.
