The circle rate in Ghaziabad is proposed to increase by 20% for residential and commercial properties, effective next month, which would lead to a hike in stamp duty and overall property prices. The revised rates would see residential properties in Indirapuram and Vaishali increase by ₹11,600 per sqm, while commercial properties in Rakesh Marg and Nehru Nagar would rise by ₹15,600/sqm.
