Ghaziabad master plan 2031 awaits Uttar Pradesh government's nod

Ghaziabad's development along transport corridors is stalled as the UP government delays approval of the unified Master Plan 2031. The plan, submitted in November 2023, includes Transit-Oriented Development zones along rapid rail and metro corridors, and a Special Development Area near the Duhai depot. It covers 33,543.1 hectares.
