Former Omidyar, TPG execs wind up VC firm as fundraising stalls

A venture capital firm, founded by former Omidyar Network India and TPG Growth executives, has shut down due to difficulties in securing funding. The firm had obtained a SEBI license for its CAT-II alternative investment fund (AIF) in March last year. Despite this, it was unable to raise sufficient capital, leading to the closure of its operations.
