Flare proposes MEV capture and XRP inflation cut

Flare proposes a governance overhaul to capture MEV, redirecting it to the network. A three-stage block redesign and Flare Income Reinvestment Entity (FIRE) will channel MEV into FLR buybacks, token burns, and reduce annual inflation to 3%. This plan increases base gas fees, boosts annual token burns and reduces inflation.
