EXCLUSIVE: Embassy REIT may sell Quadron office campus in Pune

Embassy Office Parks REIT is considering selling its Embassy Quadron office campus in Pune for over Rs 1,200 crore, with a leasable area of 1.9 million sq ft. The asset has a market value of around Rs 1,140 crore and a lower occupancy rate of 54% compared to its other two properties. The REIT expects to close the deal next year and plans to use the funds for new acquisitions.
